Determination of Fruit Oil Acid Compositions in Female Bay Laurel (Laurus nobilis L.) Genotypes

Ülkemizde, özellikle Akdeniz, Ege ve Karadeniz bölgelerinde yo?un ?ekilde bulunan defne (Laurus nobilis L.), Hatay floras?nda da yayg?n bir elde edilmektedir. ilinde meyvelerinden edilen ya? genel olarak sabun üretiminde kullan?lmaktad?r. Bu çal??mada seçilmi? genotiplerin meyve özellikleri aç?s?ndan de?erlendirilmesi amaçlanm??t?r. amaçla, Hatay’?n Samanda? Yaylada?? ilçelerinden ön seleksiyonla 27 di?i genotipinin kaliteleri üç tekrarlamal? iki y?l süre ile incelenmi?tir. GC/MS analizlerine göre sabit ya?lar?n ana bile?enleri ise; oleik asit (%29,92 – 38,46), laurik (%10,75 18,69), palmitik (%16,31 21,97) linoleik (%20,94 24,95) oldu?u tespit edilmi?tir. Sabit oran? yüksek belirlenen ER14 (%32,74), ER16 (%31,52) ER12 (%30,47) genotipleri ümitvar genotipler belirlenmi?tir.
